Are you ready to say yes to the life you’ve been waiting for?

Are you ready to say yes to the life you’ve been waiting for?

Like a personal trainer for your life

I’m Craig Cassey and I’m a wellness and self-development geek who’s previously launched his own yoga company, traveled america speaking about LGBTQ flourishing + entrepreneurship, and founded university programs in positive psychology - the science of thriving!

My belief: you can achieve your dreams if you’re willing to play a different game, shake up what you’re doing, and stop buying into your old stories of self-doubt and negativity.

If that voice inside your head started saying “yes you can,” what would you do in your life?

Where do I work?

Currently you can find me coaching clients at the award winning Capital Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness in Washington, DC, as well as virtually around the world.

I also train new life coaches with Accomplishment Coaching.

My background

Trained by the world’s leader in professional leadership and coach training, Accomplishment Coaching, my experience spans almost a decade in leadership development through my work as an educator and board member of SPARK THE WAVE.

in 2013 I helped launch Georgetown University’s “Flourishing in college and community” program, devoted to teaching hundreds of students each year the science of thriving from all modalities including: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health + sense of purpose, achievement, and financial wellbeing.

After graduating from Georgetown, I attended University of Pennsylvania and received an executive certificate in social impact via their Center for Social Impact Strategy.

During this time I founded Stonewall Yoga, an extension of the Stonewall Sports brand which offers accessible yoga in inclusive spaces for LGBTQ communities across the states.

After growing my experience in wellness work, fitness, and leadership development, I felt called to merge all my passions into one dynamic tool: Ontological Coaching. Focusing on intentional discussions and one’s “being,” Ontological Coaching isn’t about giving advice or recommendations on how to live life. Instead its an exploration into a person’s passions, determining their calling, and co-creating structures of action which actually work.

My life has been transformed by this work, as I currently practice with my own coach weekly to help me to better serve my clients, and I couldn’t be more excited to share our tools and practices with you!
